Here's the whole project created for the Weapon Effect video tutorial. 
 
This project includes:
-10 Weapon Effects (customizable VFX Graphs)
-Highly Customizable (change texture, rate, color, size, radius, etc in the inspector)
-Adaptable to any Weapon (tutorial in the documentation)
-Shaders (scroll and distortion)
-Textures (smoke flipbook, flames, impacts, etc)
-HDRP and URP only
-Limited Mobile support
-Documentation
 
Originally made in URP, adapted to HDRP.
Visual Effect Graph from the Package Manager is required.
